Frequently asked questions about wedding photography.
- What styles of photography do you do?
- I was formally trained, but in line with current trends, I am increasingly being asked for informal, reportage, romantic, candid, spontaneous and relaxed work. I am happy to supply a mixture of styles to suit.
- What happens after I book you?
- You come to the studio for a photo shoot, during which we will show you how to be a model bride and groom. We will pose you from head to toe, and show you how to stand etc. We also take some "fun" pictures. You will receive six, 8" x 6" complimentary photos.
- What happens on the day?
- I am happy to attend the Bride's home for those special "pre-wedding" photographs with her parents, bridesmaids, pageboys, brothers and sisters, if requested. Then we go off to the Church or venue to catch the Groom and his family arriving. If required, we will then go to a local beauty spot for some romantic poses - to capture that "magic moment" and make it last forever! Then, it's on to the reception.
- Can I have black and white pictures?
- You certainly can! You have the choice of colour, black and white, and sepia toned, or a mixture of all, at no extra cost.
- Are you insured?
- Indeed I am. I have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. All requested photographs are taken twice, using two different cameras and processed separately. You never know...!
- Will you photograph family groups and guests if requested?
- Yes, very happy to!
To conclude, we pay meticulous attention to detail, in a relaxed and friendly way. We will visit the house, venue, and reception before the day to discuss requirements, timings etc.
